Bar-B-Q Bill's is another BBQ joint here in Chiefland, Florida. It is another place that needs an update inside and out. Besides that, the food is pretty good. One thing that I love, is that they offer a salad bar. Not too many places do that anymore. The food is typical BBQ food. Chicken, ribs, hamburger steak, and they have decent sauces to go with it. The side dishes are good. The baked beans are actually the best. Prices are good. The staff is friendly, the place is roomy. All in all it is a standard BBQ place, nothing too special to brag about.
